(PMS)
helps
align
individual

company’s

Managed

user-friendly

it
allows

managers

easily
set,
track,
and
review
performance
progress.
The
PMS
follows
a
structured
annual
cycle—starting
with
objective
setting,
followed
by
a
mid-year
review,

concluding
with
the
year-end
appraisal.
Together,
employees

managers
define
SMART
goals,
key
result
areas
(KRAs),
and
KPIs
that
reflect
both
individual
and
