center

facility

CHILDCARE CENTER

Our
childcare
center
provides
nutritious
food
and
medical
facilities
for
children
under
the
age
of

accommodate

chodren
at
a
time,
ensuring
their
well-being.
To
promote
matamal
health,
have
policies

place
that
restrict
extra
work
for
pregnant
employees
after
6
months
of
pregnancy
and
for
3
months
post
birth
to
facilitate
breastfeeding.

mothers
are
allowed
to
visit
the
daycare
conter
for
breastfeeding
as
per
their
preference.

Our doctors diligently maintain the company's ternity health card, ansuring proper monitoring and fncumentation of the pregnancy

03 - Work Restrictions

Following our company's doctor's advice, pregnant women are relieved from pressure or hazardous tasks, and we discourage overtime work and night shifts for their well-being.

04 - Ergonomic Support

Specially marked chairs are provided for pregnant employees who work in a standing position, allowing them to rest comfortably during their working hours.

05 - Nutritional Support

Regular supply of calcium, iron, and multivitamin tablets or capsules is provided from the company's medical center, catering to the specific clinical needs of pregnant employees.

Total 361 female employees enjoyed maternity leave with the benefit BDT 10.41m. We have also trained 201 pregnant women as part of maternal health awareness

We are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our employees. We implemented a very successful COVID-19 vaccination program and also regular testing and COVID management. 95% of our employees have at least two doses. As part of our health awareness program, we also organize sessions on other topics like conjunctivitis.

Forced labor, prison labor, or any other kind of involuntary work are strictly prohibited Our working hours and break times strictly adhere to the regulations outlined in the Bangladesh Labor Law, with an average working week of 48 hours across the entire company. To maintain transparency and accountability, we monitor time registration processes through our HR module in our ERP software.

CHILD LABOR

Apex strictly prohibits child labor at all levels of the workplace. We have a No Child Labor Policy and a Child Labor Remediation Policy in place. We follow a minimum age limit of 18 throughout our organization. Before recruitment, our Human Resources department thoroughly verifies the age of applicants using National ID cards, birth certificates, educational certificates, and doctors' age verification processes.
