Your Role: Executive, E-Commerce
Department: Marketing
Job Location: Head Office (Gulshan 1)

Role Accountabilities:
- Plan, design, and execute sales-focused E-commerce campaigns across Apex4u.com and marketplace platforms.
- Oversee media buying optimization (Google, Meta, Affiliate, Marketplace ads) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct detailed campaign and business analytics (traffic, conversion, ROI, CAC, product contribution) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Implement UTM tracking and case study analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve planning.
- Recommend products and offers to be highlighted in campaigns by analyzing performance and customer demand.
- Coordinate with Product and Merchandising teams to ensure stock readiness and availability for campaigns.
- Develop promotional strategies including bundles, discounts, and offers to balance sales growth and healthy margins.
- Ensure smooth customer journey from order placement to delivery by collaborating with Supply Chain, Tech, and Customer Care teams.
- Monitor campaign-driven customer queries and claims, resolving them in coordination with Customer Care.
- Continuously research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to generate innovative campaign ideas.

Qualifications that are required and preferred:
- The incumbent for this position requires to have 4 years bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added qualification to be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in in E-commerce, sales & marketing, category management, and project management
