Your Role: Executive, Loyalty & Partnership Campaign

Job Location: Head Office (Gulshan 1)
Role Accountabilities:
- Plan and deliver end-to-end CRM campaigns from ideation and segmentation to performance measurement and ROI reporting.
- Manage and optimize CRM platform to support targeted outreach and personalization.
- Analyze customer data to create meaningful segments and launch data driven consumer engagement initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and retention
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with brands, fintech’s and loyalty programs to enrich the loyalty offering.
- Own the end to end loyalty program: manage costs (marketing, tech, operations, points liability) and campaign execution
- Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of the initiatives and guide improvements.
- Liaise with Finance, Legal, IT, and Sales teams to execute CRM campaigns seamlessly.
- Integrate partner offers into loyalty marketing campaigns and communicate with store team effectively.
- Utilize customer behavior and analytics insights to optimize loyalty strategies and offers.
- Evaluate partnerships for long term financial viability, build business cases, and forecast ROI
- Facilitate coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign operation.
- Plan and ensure smooth execution for in-store consumer engagement initiatives with impact measurement.
- Define and own the digital product portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, manage feedback loops, and handle data per privacy regulations
Qualifications that are required and preferred:
- The incumbent for this position requires to have 4 years bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added qualification to be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Partnership & Loyalty and Project Management
